EU Import Tax
We are now IOSS registered so orders under €150 are taxed upfront. Orders over €150 will be taxed with duties applied by your countries mail provider when the package arrives.
No tracking updates after “order completed” email received
Australia Post seems to be hit or miss with tracking updates. When lodging packages at the same time, some packages have updates while others don’t – they will all eventually have an update when they are ready for the air carrier pickup which can take a few days.
Terms of service
Please make sure your address is correct and keep an eye on the tracking as sometimes you need to pick up the item from your local postal provider. If the package is returned, we have to charge you again for a re-delivery or if you ask for a refund, we are not able to refund shipping.
Returning items will incur a restocking fee of 15% and you will be responsible for returning the item. The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. The refund won’t include the shipping cost.
Change of mind before items have shipped out will incur a 3-5% transaction fee as our payment provider charges that.
How are you affected by COV-19?
It’s business as usual for us.
There will be a delay once your order has been shipped. Check the AusPost and DHL site for service updates for tracked shipping but expect a few days extra for DHL and possibly 1-2 weeks for AusPost tracked.
We’re located in Australia and we ship to most counties around the world. You are responsible for any import tax/duties or other charges that may apply. We are now IOSS registered so orders under €150 are taxed upfront so you know how much it will cost ahead of time.

International deliveries
There are 2 delivery options to choose from:
AusPost Tracked Parcel – Price varies $13 to $28
For 1-2 small items – sent in a 18x10x1.6cm superflat rigid mailer with bubble wrap on the outside.
For more or bulky items, it’s sent in a small box 25x15x6cm with bubble wrap (and a padded envelope inside, if the items will fit). The usual delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks after you received the order completed notification, on rare cases it can take up to 6 weeks if it’s held by customs.
Shipped via Australia Post. AusPost tracking isn’t as detailed as UPS or DHL. Once the package reaches your country, the package is handed over to your local country’s delivery provider. You can use 17Track to see if your local country’s mail provider has more up to date tracking.
DHL Express Tracked Parcel – Price varies – usually $38 to $45
Sent in a small box 20x14x4cm or 25x15x6cm with bubble wrap. You will need to provide a phone number. No PO Boxes are allowed for the delivery address. The usual delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after you received the order completed notification with a tracking number. Every year DHL increases the price by $1-2 or so.
Unfortunately due to recent events, we can not allow DHL to countries that require import tax/duties as the package won’t be returned to us at no charge.
